It means that you no longer need to fret about the warranty of your purchased watch from us. As per our terms and conditions, your watch is covered by us for the entire lifespan of the watch.
In situations of any defects like improper material, we will repair all the parts of your watch (except buckle, leather strap, and battery). Our lifetime warranty also covers faulty workmanship under the conditions of the normal use of the watch. Moreover, in extreme cases, your watch will be replaced without any additional overhead cost.
However, we do not guarantee that your watch will be replaced with the original model. In case your model is out of stock, we will provide you with a watch of equal value. But first, you have to submit your copy of the receipt and your Warranty Certificate to verify your purchase.
What do we not cover?
Our lifetime warranty plan does not cover the following:
- Any damage or malfunctions not resulting from poor workmanship or improper material
- Any problem related to the battery, buckle, or leather strap
- Any damage resulting due to accidents, normal wear and tear, or careless handling
- Water damage if your watch is not water-resistant
- Any damage due to negligence of the buyer
Moreover, Thir13th Watches will not be responsible for any damage or product loss during the shipment.
